Here’s what you can expect on our production time when placing an order:
- Stock from Thailand: Production and shipping typically take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the order quantity.
- Stock from USA Distribution Centre: If the item is in stock, we can have it shipped within 3 days after receiving your order.
- Prescription Lenses (Rx): These orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days.
How Long is the Warranty for TOG’s Eyeglass Lenses?
For stock lenses, we provide a 1-year warranty. Meanwhile, for prescription (Rx) lenses, we offer an extended 24-month warranty.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
TOG’s warranty covers different aspects depending on the eyeglass lens:
- For stock lenses, the warranty covers cosmetic defects and coating issues.
- For prescription lenses, we cover power accuracy, coating durability, lens alignment, lens size, and cosmetic defects. However, the exact coverage may depend on our agreement with all customers.

While we don’t offer specific product certifications, we hold ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 system certifications. These ensure that our processes meet international quality and environmental management standards. Please note that these certifications cannot be printed on product packaging. TOG USA can also issue certificates for specific tests, such as the drop ball test, either as a self-declaration or using third-party test results.
